Bathroom Sink Replacement Labor, Basic
Basic labor to replace bathroom sink with favorable site conditions. Disconnect and remove existing sink. Level, fit and secure replacement sink. Basic labor to install garbage disposal with favorable site conditions. Connect to existing sink, drain and electrical supply. Level and secure unit. Verify leak free operation. Includes planning, equipment acquisition, area preparation and protection, setup and cleanup. 

 Sink Drain Pipe Installation Labor, Basic  
Basic labor to install sink drain pipe with favorable site conditions. Measure, cut and fit drain pipe to p trap and existing rough-in drain connection. Drain and leak test. Includes planning, equipment and material acquisition, area preparation and protection, setup and cleanup.
